By using the Pavé app or website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Pavé is

Pavé is a styling assistant that suggests looks and shows products from third-party stores. We are not a seller: buying, payment, shipping and returns happen on the store's website under its terms.

Accuracy

Prices, availability and sizes come from the stores and can change. AI suggestions and try-on images are approximate guidance and can be wrong; check the details on the product page before you buy.

Your account and content

• You're responsible for your account and what happens through it.
• Your photos and content stay yours; you give us a limited permission to process them only to provide the service to you.
• Upload photos of yourself, or photos you have clear permission to use.

Acceptable use

Don't upload photos of people without their permission or content that is unlawful or offensive, and don't try to break into, disrupt or scrape the service.

Intellectual property

The app, its design and content belong to Pavé. Store names, marks and product images belong to their owners and are shown only to point to the product.

Service as is

We provide the service “as is” and may change or pause it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use or from your dealings with stores.

Ending use

You can stop using Pavé and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend any account that breaks these terms.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If we change them we'll publish the new version here with its date. Questions: pavedevsa@gmail.com.
