This policy explains what the Pavé app and website collect, why, and what we do with it. We kept it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and sign-in details, to create your account and keep your things.
• Photos you upload: your photo for trying pieces on, and any garment photos you choose to upload.
• Preferences and requests: sizes, colours and style, occasion descriptions and shopping requests, and pieces you save.
• Limited technical data: error and performance logs we need to run and fix the service.

Why

Only to provide the service: suggesting looks, searching stores, creating try-on images, and keeping your history and favourites. We don't use your data for anything else.

Your photos

Your photos are processed to serve you: they are sent to the AI and image-processing providers we rely on to create a try-on result or understand a garment, and the result comes back to you. We don't show your photos to anyone else, publish them, use them for advertising, or use them ourselves to train AI models.

Who we share it with

We don't sell, rent or share your data for advertising. We share it only with service providers working on our behalf — hosting and database, AI models, and image processing — and only as far as needed to run the service. When you open a product link you go to the store's website, and its own privacy policy applies.

Ads and tracking

Pavé shows no ads and does not track you across other apps or websites.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your data while your account exists. You can ask us at any time to delete your account with all its data and photos by writing to pavedevsa@gmail.com from the email linked to your account; we act on it within 30 days.

Security

Your data travels encrypted (HTTPS) and access to it is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the steps needed to protect it.

Children

Pavé is not directed at anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
